HR Associate Consultant
Job Description
A reputable HR firm is recruiting an HR Associate Consultant to support its mission of delivering high-quality human capital solutions to clients.
This role involves designing and executing impactful interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness while ensuring exceptional client service.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
A. Recruitment
- Identify clients’ R & S needs and design strategies to address them - where to look, how to look, whom to shortlist, selection tools, screening, testing, etc…
- Supervise all processes involving R & S, including providing Axis Service Updates to clients regularly during and through R & S process, scheduling and conducting interviews etc…
- Create job descriptions and lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position assigned
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Adopt quick turnaround targets and meet them – for e.g.. Time frame for filling a vacant position with the best match etc.
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
B. HR Technical Assistance/Organizational Development
- Work with the Lead Consultant to design effective, relevant solutions that will be impactful.
- Manage technical assistance projects for clients – this includes assessing the need for, designing, and implementing human capital solutions.
- Conduct research into context and needs assessment to tailor effective solutions for clients.
- Work with the Lead Consultant and Finance Officer to prepare costing for projects using the Axis Costing model.
- Provide support in preparing budget and logistics needed for the execution of projects.
C. Client Engagement
- Interface with client, manage the relationship with them and ensure that their needs are met.
- Provide regular service updates to clients and resolve challenges that arise as effectively as possible.
- Conduct client follow-ups after the execution of projects to solicit feedback and discuss new opportunities.

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR and organizational development solutions.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
