Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of HR of a leading producer of industrial pressure-treated wood products. Responding to the vital infrastructure needs of economy, they manufacture and distribute railway ties, utility poles, residential lumber, and industrial wood products across North America.
The HR Analyst/HRIS Client Admin will be both data and people driven. They will create reports regarding employee records and labor laws. Using data collected through Ceridian, will recommend changes to improve the culture in the organization and make suggestions for process improvement. Must possess a high level of business acumen and lead training and system change management. Meticulous attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

Background Required:
  • Ceridian HCM (processes, configuration testing, new releases, training)
  • Data analysis and integrity
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve Ceridian related issues
  • Ceridian System Client Administration (access, roles, permissions)
  • Develop user guides and quick reference materials where needed
  • Travel: 10%
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Residence: Remote in US
