Our client is recruiting for a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join their family

The role dubs the responsibility of providing support to fellow HR colleagues and allocated business units as and when required as to ensure that HR related administrative tasks as assigned are effectively addressed within the parameters of quality and speed of response


Minimum a Diploma in HR Management or equivalent HR qualification

Working Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office packages
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced, high pressurized environment
  • Proven experience in effectively dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in project management administration
  • Experience in convening Disciplinary Enquiries

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide the relevant and appropriate administrative and operational support in line with the agreed shared services processes
  • Timeous and accurate capturing, updating and maintenance of HR records as assigned on all platforms and/or systems
  • Assist with the interviewing (as assigned) of new applicants and oversee the on boarding process ito accuracy (relevancy of required LOA) and effectiveness of process
  • Drafting of warnings and charge sheets for assigned BU’s whilst ensuring adherence to applicable processes with oversight from the HRBP
  • Attendance of Disciplinary Enquiries (DE) as HR representatives as assigned by HRBP
  • Reporting of any deviations of agreed processes during DE’s to direct report

  • Good working knowledge of the BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of all HR related company Policies & Procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package with emphasis on MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and public speaking skills
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment and on boarding processes
  • Knowledge of office procedures

  • Proven experience as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Strong information reporting in required formats
  • Experience in project management administration
  • Proficient in MS Office– Excel advanced level
  • Proven experience dealing with external providers and employees
