HR, Administration & Org. Systems Manager
This role is responsible for building and enforcing structured HR, performance, and administrative systems that support operational scale, regulatory compliance, and programme execution. The ideal candidate should be a disciplined systems builder with strong experience managing complex workforces, field operations, and compliance-driven environments within agribusiness or similarly operational sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Systems & Workforce Management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across permanent, programme, and field staff, ensuring role clarity, contract integrity, accurate records, and compliance with Ghana Labour Law.
- Build and enforce standardized, digitized HR systems for workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, staff welfare, and exits across all locations.

Design and enforce role-based performance management systems aligned to KPIs, programme outputs, timelines, and delivery standards.

Coordinate appraisal cycles, manage performance reviews and corrective actions, and provide performance analytics to management.

Establish and control standardized administrative systems, including filing, document control, approval workflows, asset records, and office administration.

Document, version-control, and enforce processes to eliminate person-dependence, reduce operational risk, and ensure consistency across sites.

Lead the digitalization of HR and administrative operations using approved enterprise tools and organization-wide digital protocols.

Integrate HR and administrative data with finance, operations, procurement, and programme systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Take full accountability for planning, staffing, coordination, execution, and reporting of organizational programmes and events.

Ensure all activities are delivered through standardized systems, clear accountability, proper documentation, and post-activity learning.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory obligations, and internal governance policies across HR, administration, and programmes.

Maintain audit-ready records and enforce internal controls related to staffing, approvals, system access, and data management.

Produce structured workforce, performance, administrative, and programme reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Provide management with data-driven insights to support planning, risk management, and organizational scaling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in systems-based HR, administration, or programme operations
- Demonstrated experience working in programme-driven, multi-location, or fast-scaling organisations
- Strong exposure to digital systems, SOPs, and process-driven environments Required Competencies
