Description:

  • Position will be involved in hiring an extremely broad range of employees (construction, skilled trades, marketing, digital marketing, unskilled labor, licensed realtors, financial sales professionals, business development, accounting),
  • Providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel
  • Guides management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines.
  • Lead the company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Research and compile competitive salary analysis, manage, and coordinate the hiring of temporary/contract staff, coordinate recruiting initiatives.
