HR / TA Coordinator
HR / TA Coordinator needed in Bedford, NH, first-shift M-F schedule and salary range of 60-65K DOE. In this role you'll be focused on providing administrative and project management support to the HR department. Specific tasks include; coordinating interviews for multiple sites, onboarding, training facilitation, event planning, employee file maintenance, and data analytics. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and excellent internal customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and project management support to the human resources department leaders
- Coordination and scheduling of interviews between hiring managers, candidates, and HR staff for multiple sites
- Event and meeting planning
- Facilitates various training sessions and maintains employee files.
- Uses Microsoft Office and HRIS to manage electronic files.
- Ensures timely transfer of information to other departments.
- Performs various HR and administrative activities as requested.
- Maintains confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
- Assists employees with inquiries and provides timely assistance.
- Conducts onboarding and exit interviews for employees.
- Coordinates recruitment activities including job postings and interviews.
- Processes injury incident reports and submits workers' compensation claims.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of related experience in HR or TA
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
