HOA Portfolio Manager
An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Silverthorne, CO area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience managing HOA portfolios as an HOA or Community Manager. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, substantial PTO and Sick time, rental discounts, relocation assistance, and other outstanding perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 3+ years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management is a MUST
- Demonstrated experience with coordinating and running Board Meetings and working with a Board of Directors is a MUST
- High level of Organizational and Time Management skills in providing responsive customer service and scheduling subsequent client services/repairs, is a MUST
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Budget Management, Billing, Electronic Filing, etc. is a MUST
- Community Association Management certification or licensure (g., PCAM, M100 course completion, CMCA, CPM, etc.) is a BIG PLUS
- Experience in Establishing and Managing Contracts, Site Inspections, and Obtaining Proposals is a PLUS
**candidates with demonstrated experience managing a team of Portfolio/Community Association Managers, will be considered for a senior level position and a base salary of up to $120k
