Administrative Assistant
Providing support to two of the owners of Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Excellence
Responsibilities:
- Manage Email inboxes to Ensure Emails are Received by the Appropriate Recipients and Addressed According to Urgency
- Coordinate and Organize Team Messages
- Book and Prepare for Meetings
- Schedule and Book Travel Arrangements and Accommodations
- Keep track of Tasks for the Owners: Manage Timelines and Communicate Progress of Projects to the COO
- Other Various Administrative Tasks, as required
Requirements:
- Detail Orientated and Organized
- Proficiency and Accuracy in Documentation Collection and Data Entry
- Professional, Friendly and Clear with Client Communication
- Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
- Strong Computer and Keyboarding Skills including with knowledge of Google Docs and ability to learn Industry Specific Software
We Offer:
- 40 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
- $42 – 45K annually based on experience
