Must be well versed in CDI,Coding
Monitor and manage remote coding staff
Utilize a Systems approach in planning and creating stratergies
Develop programs to add Health Information Management Functions
legal medical record,coding,scan centers,release of information,transcription, chart completion,physician notification and suspension, quality of records custodian for court appearances.
Must have 5 years experience with Electronia Medical Record
Must have RHIA or RHIT CPC or CCS
