Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a GROUP LEAD in MADISON, AL. Our client is a Our client is a scrap/recycling facility responsible for processing scrap metals.

The GROUP LEAD is responsible supervise, coordinate, instruct, and manage groups in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities of a GROUP LEAD includes:

· Managing, coordinating, supervising, and training groups.
· Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
· Educating and training new group members as well as support staff.
· Planning daily activities and delegating tasks

Job Requirements of a GROUP LEAD:

· High school diploma or GED.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Prior experience managing groups is preferable
· Great Leadership and organizational skills
