Our client a well-known Thai hospitality brand located in Phuket and Khao Lak, renowned for its exceptional service and luxurious accommodations.

Title of Position: Group Financial Controller

Package: 150,000 - 200,000 Baht

Report to: CFO

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in leading and training Chief Accountants.
• Experience in setting up financial systems and processes for new hotel openings.
• Expertise in Opera, Opera Cloud, MICROS, MC, and Sun Systems.
• Strong background in multi-property financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in hotel financial reporting, revenue management, and cost control.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent training, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and hotel accounting software.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and properties to implement financial best practices.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and compliance standards.
