An equipment manufacturer with significant government contracts contractor is hiring a FP&A Manager. This role reports to the CFO. Manufacturing experience preferred. Hybrid role in Reston VA long-term so currently must be located in Washington DC metropolitan area. $140-$160k salary range.
Responsibilities:
An equipment manufacturer with significant government contracts contractor is hiring a FP&A Manager. This role reports to the CFO. Manufacturing experience preferred. Hybrid role in Reston VA long-term so currently must be located in Washington DC metropolitan area. $140-$160k salary range.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare budget tracking reports to analyze variances for management
- Support strategic decisions through financial and operational KPI tracking
- Manage cash forecasting, liquidity, debt and applicable covenants
- Create and manage financial models in Excel on acquisition opportunities, pro-formas, and revenue forecasting
- Assist with development of corporate finance team, including hiring, retention and process improvements
- Develop business scorecards for presentation to internal stakeholders and business executives
- BS in Finance, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of finance experience in government experience
- Understanding of corporate FP&A processes and reporting
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong MS Excel skillset, without previous reliance on additional reporting tools
- Locality to Washington DC metro area
