Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Manage budgets, forecast monthly spending, and reconcile costs.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversion.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing.
- Stay current with Google Ads certifications and SEM trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
- Google Ads Search, Display, and Video certifications required.
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
- Proven success managing PPC campaigns with precise results.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with multivariate testing and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative, adaptable, and consistently proactive in bringing new ideas.
- Experience with campaign testing and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
