Our client is recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to service their clients worldwide. Their highly engaged environment displays the passion to create a great place for our people to work, and it is teamwork that drives their success.
Essential Functions:
- Take multichannel calls/email/social platforms and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
- Well versed in complaints management
- Grade 11 or Matric
- Must be well versed in both German and English (Speak, Read and Write)
- Must have previous exposure to the UK/USA/Australian market
- Computer Literacy
- Knowledge on the related systems
- Team Player
- Communication Skills (Written and Verbal bilingual English and German)
- Analytical Skills
- Strong diligence and ability to multitask
- B2 German Proficiency Level
