Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales staff
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Responsible for the Business Office
  • Ability to coach and drive a strong sales process and customers


Qualifications:

  • Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume process driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
  • Must have motorcycle endorsement and valid driver's license
