General Manager – Fiber & Telecommunications Puerto Rico

GRC Executive is conducting a search for a General Manager on behalf of a growing telecommunications and fiber infrastructure organization in Puerto Rico.

This role provides full operational and strategic leadership, ensuring network reliability, infrastructure expansion, cost control, and team performance. The General Manager will oversee daily operations while collaborating closely with engineering, network operations, sales, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business growth objectives

• Oversee fiber construction, installations, maintenance, and outage response

• Coordinate with network operations, engineering, and design teams

• Manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate with vendors and contractors

• Lead, develop, and retain high-performing technical and field teams

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Manage infrastructure expansion projects and emergency response efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• 6+ years of telecommunications management experience

• Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities

• Hands-on, field-oriented leadership style

Compensation Package:

$110,000 base salary + $10,000 bonus, health insurance, 401(k), and assigned parking.
