We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to join our growing, owner-operated hospitality group, which includes two of Durango’s top restaurants located just steps apart. This unique setup allows for seamless collaboration between kitchen, floor, and bar teams, and offers a rare opportunity to lead two dynamic programs side by side. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, focused on building a strong, respectful culture, elevating service standards, and driving quality and accountability across both venues. Our team is deeply committed to providing exceptional hospitality and fostering meaningful connections within the local community.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $100K–$120K, Healthcare stipend ($300/month, with proof of insurance), PTO, optional additional unpaid time off, Shift meals + drink allowance and a Simple IRA (401k coming soon).

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a respectful, team-oriented culture across the restaurant and FOH
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Oversee training and performance of entire staff
• Ensure quality and consistency in cocktails and guest experience
• Collaborate with ownership, FOH, bar and kitchen, on scheduling and hiring
• Work closely with ownership to maintain alignment between bar, kitchen and floor operations

What We're Looking For:
• Proven success building and leading restaurant teams
• Strong background in training, particularly bar/cocktail consistency
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., xtraChef a plus)
• Track record of establishing accountability
• Ability to evaluate and onboard new talent
• Leadership style that commands respect without ego
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
