Founded in 2011 the flagship boatyard is located in Stratford, Connecticut, nestled between the Poutatuck Yacht Club and Safe Harbor Stratford Marina along the Housatonic River. This primary facility houses the company’s large-scale yacht repair, painting, and restoration operations, as well as its main offices. Less than a mile downstream, is the recently launched premier winter boat storage and service center on two acres of pristine waterfront property. This modern facility features a 6,000 square foot, climate-controlled boat storage building, extensive outdoor winter storage with direct access to the waterfront, and serves as the central hub for yacht maintenance, winterization, and small-craft service activities. Designed with security and professionalism in mind, this site offers some of the region’s finest winter storage solutions for small yachts and pleasure craft.
Position Profile: General Manager of Service
The General Manager of Service will take the lead in overseeing service, repair, and refit divisions, in addition to managing storage operations. Reporting directly to the President, the General Manager will be responsible for supervising service writing, departmental leadership, technicians, and the yard crew. Close collaboration with the office manager on invoicing and documentation is also a key aspect of the role.

· Managing daily operations, scheduling, and workflow across both company locations
· Ensuring quality control and providing technical oversight for all services
· Maintaining effective communication with clients and overseeing their needs
· Providing leadership and fostering team development among staff members
· Enhancing organizational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal systems
