CDP Solutions works throughout the United States with all of the metal mills, metal service centers and value-added metal fabrication companies. Our client is located in the Midwest market and the ownership is looking for a talented leader with a strong background in sales to be their next General Manager.

The General Manager will have responsibility for the site P&L, Sales, Warehousing & Distribution, Continuous Improvement, Inventory Control, Planning, Scheduling, Employee Development, Metrics Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Compliance, HR and Safety.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in a commercial/sales position with track record of growing a market
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to travel 10% - 15% of the time with Outside Sales Representatives
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

Compensation

Base Salary: $190,000 - $200,000

Bonus: $50,000 - $80,000 or higher

Annual Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 plus
