General Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of print and paper based packaging solutions and seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a prominent manufacturing division in Chicago, overseeing two facilities. You will report directly to the President and be responsible for full P&L oversight, operations, sales, and team leadership. You will drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in a manufacturing environment, ideally in printing or paper converting, with experience managing cross-functional teams in sales, production, and finance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, process improvements, talent development, and building strong client and vendor relationships.

Candidates should have 10+ years of senior management experience, a hands-on operational approach, and strong financial acumen. 5+ years of direct work experience in work in sales management. Demonstrated success in growing revenue and improving profitability.
