As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the entire operation. You will be expected to shape an unparalleled guest experience, foster deep community engagement, and lead your teams to achieve new levels of operational and financial excellence across all divisions.

General Manager Ideal Profile
  • Executive F&B and Event Expertise: A substantial background in upscale food & beverage (F&B) operations, specifically within high-volume private club, golf resort, or luxury hospitality settings that include extensive banquet/catering components.
  • Comprehensive Financial Command: A proven track record of successfully managing a full Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including adeptness in meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and driving high-margin performance across all operating departments.
  • Strategic Event Execution: Extensive experience in planning and flawlessly executing complex private events, high-end weddings, and large-scale community programming, demonstrating creative flair and logistical precision.
  • Inspirational Leadership: An effective and hands-on team builder known for cultivating a strong culture of accountability, providing rigorous staff training, and fostering professional development.
  • Sophisticated Stakeholder Management: Exceptional professional presence and high emotional intelligence required to confidently engage with ownership, governmental and local officials, major corporate clients, and the community's diverse member/guest base.
  • Certifications (Valued): While not mandatory, the Certified Club Manager (CCM) or Certified Chief Executive (CCE) credential from the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is highly valued.
​General Manager Responsibilities
  • Operational & Service Leadership: Lead and oversee all day-to-day functions—spanning F&B, banquets, golf operations, and private events—to guarantee a consistently exceptional, five-star guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Revenue Generation & Market Presence: Proactively drive revenue growth by developing and implementing innovative programming, including seasonal events, member-focused tastings, themed dinners, and creative community engagement initiatives that enhance the property’s visibility.
  • Financial Stewardship: Directly manage the property's economic health, including the development of annual operating and capital budgets, continuous monitoring of departmental margins, and delivering clear, actionable financial reporting to ownership.
  • Culture Development & Team Excellence: Build and sustain a high-performance internal culture by implementing consistent staff training protocols, establishing clear performance metrics, and offering proactive coaching and development opportunities.
  • Official Representation: Serve as the principal public face of the property, actively cultivating and maintaining high-level relationships with municipal stakeholders, key corporate partners, and prominent community leaders to ensure long-term stability and goodwill.
