We are seeking a talented General Manager for a full-service private country club in Cheshire County, NH. This private country club offers a classic golf experience with scenic views, upscale dining, and member-focused amenities. This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional seeking to join a respected team that values tradition, service, and community.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/yr + bonus, health benefits, PTO, golf benefits and more!

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a country club setting
  • Oversee all aspects of club operations, including food & beverage, golf, events, membership, and facilities, ensuring exceptional member experiences and operational efficiency
  • Food and beverage management experience is required, with a proven ability to oversee dining operations, service standards, and financial performance
  • Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and staff to maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and team culture
  • Drive membership growth and retention through community engagement, programming, and consistent delivery of high-quality amenities and services
