Community Manager (General Manager) – Ultra-Luxury Boutique Community - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

We are partnering with a high-growth, high-expectations owner/operator to identify a Community Manager (General Manager) for a stunning ultra-luxury boutique community located in the suburbs in the DFW metro.

This is not a traditional multifamily role. This is a white-glove, hospitality-driven leadership position designed for someone who thrives in a high-touch, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering a flawless resident experience every single day.


The Opportunity

This asset caters to a high-net-worth resident base—including executives, athletes, entertainers, and empty nesters. The community offers an elevated lifestyle experience, complete with full amenities.

You’ll serve as the face of the community, operating at the intersection of luxury hospitality and elite multifamily management, while also managing a highly engaged and demanding institutional ownership group. The development team operates as your client—expectations are high, feedback is direct, and excellence is required.

What You’ve Done

  • Proven success working with institutional or highly sophisticated ownership groups
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a KPI-driven, performance-based culture
