A premier hospitality group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the grand opening of a high-end RV resort and storage destination about 30 minutes outside of Sedona. This project offers the unique opportunity to build a team and culture from the ground up in a location famous for its scenic beauty and enduring spirit of hospitality. This role provides the perfect balance of desert serenity and metropolitan access. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to be hands-on and has a strong passion for hospitality and guest service.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations and the continued profitability of the resort and storage facilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Lead the pre-opening phase, including team member selection, training, and development.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and provide monthly explanations for P&L variances.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to increase reservations, occupancy, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze revenue trends (transient, monthly, and seasonal) to identify market opportunities.
  • Oversee capital expenditure improvements and property maintenance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including fair housing laws.

Position Requirements

  • Previous hospitality management experience in Hotels, Property Management or RV Resorts
  • Experience as a General Manager
  • Ability to develop a team and implement procedures
  • Strong financial acumen
  • 3-5+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base (commensurate with experience), 25% bonus program, 100% Paid Health Insurance Expenses (Single AND Family Coverage), 401K with 6% Match, Outstanding Career Growth Potential, PTO, and much more!
