A premier, high-growth boutique fitness and experiential lifestyle brand is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to oversee operations for its studio in Los Angeles. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, team development, and elevated guest hospitality. Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 (Commensurate with experience) + performance-based bonuses, comprehensive healthcare, a great PTO plan, flexible schedule, and 401k + match.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee location-level business performance, driving positive membership growth, retention, and healthy studio P&L, including labor and expense management
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor salaried leaders and front-of-house teams to build a culture of accountability, ownership, and premium hospitality
  • Conduct regular audits across programming, equipment, and studio operations to maintain top-tier service delivery
  • Partner with program managers and executive leadership to align daily execution with long-term strategic brand goals
  • Serve as the final decision-maker for escalated staff, guest, or operational challenges
Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years in a senior manager or General Manager role
  • Demonstrated track record managing business operations, P&L, labor, and revenue growth in hospitality, fitness, or boutique retail
  • Exceptional team leadership and emotional maturity, with proven success coaching, mentoring, and holding teams accountable
  • Deep commitment to delivering a personalized, premium customer experience
  • Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and proficiency with metric-driven management
