General Manager – Wine-Driven Culinary Destination

A destination hospitality property offering exceptional wine, fine dining, and immersive guest experiences is seeking an experienced General Manager to help open a brand new concept. This role is ideal for a service-forward leader with strong organizational instincts, financial insight, and a passion for training others to create unforgettable guest moments.

You'll support operations across multiple concepts and help shape systems, standards, and a wine program that celebrates education and discovery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the floor, with a deep focus on hospitality and guest connection
• Train and develop staff across all FOH roles to deliver five-star service
• Manage wine programs across multiple outlets—800+ label inventory at flagship
• Create and implement operational systems that boost consistency and efficiency
• Oversee schedules, financial performance, and service metrics
• Assist with opening and scaling new dining concepts

What We’re Looking For

• GM experience in an upscale restaurant with a high-touch service model
• Extensive wine knowledge and ability to educate both guests and staff (Sommelier highly preferred)
• Proven success in building team performance through structured training
• Operational discipline: strong organizational systems and attention to detail
• Financial acumen and tech-savviness to manage budgets, P&Ls, and performance tools
• A calm, polished leadership presence that prioritizes culture and team morale
