General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food service, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly

Experience:

- Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service management
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Skilled in inventory control and cost management
- Culinary background or certification is advantageous
