Responsibilities

• Managing key customer relationships
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Quoting new business with the understanding of operational costs
• Overseeing and improving daily business operations
• Creating and managing budgets
• Establishment of goals to improve profitability
• Insure a safe and healthy work environment for employees
• Managing operational performance: quality, delivery, and productivity
• Capital project oversight and justification
• Generating reports and giving presentations
• Establishing operational policies
• Maintaining required quality certifications

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business management preferred
• Prior management experience in foundry related business
• Understanding of business accounting systems
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated, proactive nature
