A vibrant and rapidly expanding hospitality group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the operations for a premier destination just south of Kansas City. This high-volume venue is known for its diverse menu, energetic atmosphere, and vibrant multi-activity layout.

We are looking for a leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building a culture of excellence and operational precision. Above all, we need an entrepreneurial leader who takes true ownership, drives the business as if it were their own, and thrives on being a highly visible, onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Venue Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of a premier entertainment and dining destination. Maintain a strong, active onsite presence to model accountability and lead from the front.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a large, diverse team of FOH and BOH professionals to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest experience.
  • Financial Management:Drive profitability through strategic P&L management, labor cost control, and a culture of strict financial planning and accountability.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable standards for facility maintenance, health and safety, and the overall guest "vibe" of the brand.
  • Innovation & Marketing:Collaborate with ownership on event programming, proactive community outreach to increase foot traffic and revenues, and seasonal promotions to keep the concept a top destination.


Position Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager in a full-service, high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment environment.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to take full ownership, plan strategically, and drive a high-volume business forward.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead a massive team and maintain a positive, high-energy work culture across multiple service points.
  • Systems-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on streamlining operations, from POS efficiency to venue maintenance.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that reflects the needs of a premier hospitality destination (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
