General Manager: WA

Role You Will Play:

In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing 2 locations with a combined employee base of around 40 people. The General Manager will be leading the sales and operations teams to grow market presence in the Pacific North West. We need a hands-on sales leader, with 5+ years of General Management experience leading a team of 30+ people towards the company’s overall growth strategies. The GM will ensure that profitability is being met, costs are in control, inventory is being met, a high level of employee drive and motivation is being encouraged, and quality training and mentoring towards the growth of the locations is continuous. The ideal candidate will have a deep sense of urgency, be highly strategic, analytically driven, an understanding of wholesale distribution and have an outstanding history of planning and follow-through.
