  • Responsible for expanding customer base, market penetration and channel network in the assigned region
  • Handling customer complaints and maintain CRM to avoid unethical business problems.
  • New product launches, Pricing, Indenting.
  • New product development, Monitoring primary and secondary
  • Distributor management ,Distribution expansion
  • BTL activities
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes / activities and tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market, tracking the requirement to avoid no stock situation.
  • Finding the target audience to push the sales volume among them to promote our brand and doing Institutional sales also.
  • Provide regular updates of competitor’s activity in branding and advertisement to concern Directors
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area.
  • Negotiation with vendors
  • Tracking sales and distribution cost.
  • Co-ordinate with area in charge and district in charge for executing marketing activities at market locations ( POPs, etc……)
