Position: General Manager Marketing & Sales - AP & Telangana
Reporting to: Directors
- Responsible for expanding customer base, market penetration and channel network in the assigned region
- Handling customer complaints and maintain CRM to avoid unethical business problems.
- New product launches, Pricing, Indenting.
- New product development, Monitoring primary and secondary
- Distributor management ,Distribution expansion
- BTL activities
- Co-ordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes / activities and tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market, tracking the requirement to avoid no stock situation.
- Finding the target audience to push the sales volume among them to promote our brand and doing Institutional sales also.
- Provide regular updates of competitor’s activity in branding and advertisement to concern Directors
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area.
- Negotiation with vendors
- Tracking sales and distribution cost.
- Co-ordinate with area in charge and district in charge for executing marketing activities at market locations ( POPs, etc……)
