General Manager: MA

Role You Will Play:

Our client, a leading distributor of specialty building materials throughout the U.S. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their thriving organization. You will utilize your sales leadership background in the building materials industry to put a focus on growing this branch. You will report directly to the District Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of around 15 employees. This Branch Manager will have a primary focus on leading the sales initiatives to align with company strategy and objectives. You will handle large dealer accounts, visit customers, focus on the top and bottom-line profitability, and work in tandem with the strategic pricing department. As the Branch Manager, your goal will be to grow sales and expand the market already in place while complementing their existing best-in-class team.
