Our client is a 5* boutique resort with +/- 50 Keys. Resort is part of a very small, very successful and growing group with a very unique concept.
This role reports directly to the owner and you will be overseeing the day to day operations of this unique property and lead and mentor a team of passionate local staff who deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.

For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 5*, leisure resort and boutique operation experience
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury boutique environment
• Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
• Coming from F&B or S&M background
• Knows about or wants to learn about sustainability
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Well presented, sociable, great entertaining and PR skills, will be “the face” of the resort
• A person full of drive who loves and can relay to and follow the vision of this unique company and property
• Passion for service excellence
• Very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service, meet and know the guests
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
• Highly motivated, a self starter, efficient with time management, goal orientated with a desire for professional growth
• Excellent people skills and strong motivator
• Proven delegation skills, but also very hands-on when needed
• Detail oriented
• Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
• Energetic and motivated
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
