Our client is a high level fine dining free-standing restaurant in Bali.
Please note that this position is less about daily operations and more focused on business management and development, with a strong emphasis on back-of-house functions, as well as active involvement in sales, marketing, and brand growth initiatives.
This role will be reporting directly to the Owners.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Experience in GM position or similar in fine dining restaurant
• Indonesia experience, ideally Bali, is preferred
• Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
• Proven track record of F&B management success
• Strategic leadership, financial planning and P&L management skills
• Good understanding of business management and business development
• Strong ability to manage the business and administrative side of the operation and drive overall business growth
• Strong ability to also oversee back of house functions
• Strong sense of sales, marketing, and brand growth
• Involved in ensuring guest satisfaction, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
• Able to uphold brand integrity
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Having a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve
• A self-starter who is able to work creatively
• Passion for service excellence
• Quality orientated
• Excellent people skills and strong motivator
• Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• Proactive and result driven
• Flexible working hours
