Our client is a 5* International Chain Resort with 300+ Rooms, offering extensive leisure facilities and a well-developed Food & Beverage operation.
Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q2 2027.
This role will be reporting directly to Regional General Manager.
Given the strategic importance of this opening to both the brand and ownership, our client will only consider candidates with prior pre-opening experience.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Minimum of 3 year degree, Bachelor or equivalent
• Asia experience
• Pre-opening experience is a must
• 5* and leisure resort experience
• Strong foundation in internationally branded properties
• Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team
• Attention to details and guest satisfaction enhancements
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
• Able to drive results and effectively manage stakeholders across various levels
• Thorough knowledge of hotel's operating policies & standards
• Strong in cost control, also budgeting and P&L management
• Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
• Energetic, hands-on
• Well presented, sociable
• Proven business / financial results
• Outgoing pleasant personality
• Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
