We are representing a very interesting opportunity as General Manager.

We are currently conducting a search for an accomplished General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational launch of an exceptional ultra-luxury boutique resort in Oman.

This exclusive property will feature approximately 60 luxurious keys, offering a highly distinctive concept designed to redefine the guest experience in the region.

The resort is scheduled to welcome its first guests in Mid 2027.

This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of the international management company.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

• Proven experience in ultra luxury boutique resorts
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties (think brands such as Aman, Six Senses, Capella, Cheval Blanc, etc.)
• Demonstrated success leading diverse, multicultural teams
• A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable engaging with line employees, senior management, and distinguished guests
• Values strong relationships with the local community and embraces cultural integration as a key to long term success
• Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance standards and drive operational excellence
• Approachable leader with excellent interpersonal skills who genuinely cares about people and fosters teamwork
• Well presented, sociable, great entertaining and PR skills
• Passionate about delivering a unique vision and committed to contributing to the continued success of this exceptional property
