Role You Will Play:

This position requires a truly unique and elite type of leader. As a General Manager for this building supply retail location, you will be fully responsible for the entire location from P&L, personnel, training, customer experience, and sales growth. This company is looking for someone who is passionate about their management career and is looking to step into a fully renovated location that has a state-of-the-art look and feel. This role will require someone who can work throughout the week, as well as some weekend work and supervision. Previous experience in retail building materials, hardware, or paint is highly preferred! Previous knowledge of P&L management and reporting is required.
