Our client, a fast growing Disaster Restoration Firm is opening in Raleigh, NC and seeking a General Manager to join their team

Job Overview:
General Managers are responsible for all sales, mitigation/repair production, financial and HR activities within a geographic area. They are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superior client relationships while performing restoration activities for water, fire, mold, cleaning, and other interrelated remediation assignments.
Duties and responsibilities:
Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies
Lead Sales
Allocating budget resources, ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met
Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings, and customer satisfaction
Provide vision, leadership, and discipline regarding long term growth
Communicate clearly
Manage and prepare financial reports
Hiring and training and motivating team members
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience as a experienced leader with experience in the disaster restoration industry
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations etc.)
Strong leadership and management skills
