The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join this thriving organization. Reporting directly to the owner, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100-120 employees and managing the overall operations of the branch. As the General Manager, your primary goal will be to grow sales and expand the commercial business while complementing the existing strong management team. This role requires expertise in P&L management, inventory/purchasing, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary up to $140,000 depending on experience
  • Potential performance bonuses
