About the Company
Our client is a leading Division 8 door and hardware organization operating a high volume branch in the Tacoma, Washington market. The business is on track for tremendous growth over the next one to two years and supports primarily new construction work, along with aftermarket business. The operation includes in house welding and pre-install capabilities, a warehouse, estimating, sales, and project management teams, and is part of a larger, well established architectural openings platform.
The Role
The General Manager will oversee full sales and operations for a large, complex Division 8 operation and will be responsible for complete P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and execution. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual must bring deep Division 8 experience and a proven background managing high volume, operations driven environments. Operations strength is critical, as the volume and complexity of this location require disciplined execution, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and develop established teams. This is a hands on leadership role suited for someone who understands scale and knows how to manage growth without losing operational control.
