Disaster Restoration Labour (Temp – Perm)

Hire Standard is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join their client's restoration team. This opportunity may lead to permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning up after floods, sewer backups and other disaster situations
  • Demolition of walls and ceilings
  • Hauling boxes up and down stairs
  • Cleaning carpets, post-construction cleaning, post-disaster cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, walls, carpets, etc.



Requirements:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to manage stairs while carrying boxes or bags
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Availability for overtime on short notice
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player, willing to learn and take direction
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Eagerness to learn new skills

We Offer:
