Job description

Hire Standard is looking for hardworking, reliable people for our pool of Casual/Temporary General Labour. Jobs can range in length of commitment from 1 day to ongoing, and even lead to permanent work. We will call you with the opportunity, however, you have the option to accept or decline based on your schedule.

This is a great way to fill a gap in employment and make great connections for jobs that aren't otherwise advertised.

Hire Standard is seeking motivated and reliable workers to perform General Labour duties including, but not limited to:

✅ Site & Equipment Clean-up

✅ Heavy Lifting

✅ Equipment Operation

✅ Tool Use

✅ Loading/Unloading

✅ Basic Construction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ Steel Toed Work Boots: Safety first! Make sure you have the proper footwear.

✅Access to Transportation: Reliable transportation to job sites in Lethbridge and surrounding areas is essential.

✅ Supervisory Related References: Be ready to provide references
