Who We’re Looking For:
A certified A&P mechanic with 1+ year of experience in General Aviation who’s eager to join a growing team. If you're driven by quality work, collaboration, and continuous growth, we want you!

our company, LLC is a reputable general aviation maintenance business located at Grand Prairie Airport (KGPM). We specialize in high-quality work, transparent communication, and timely aircraft turnaround. We’re a small, tight-knit team that’s dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform aircraft maintenance in line with established guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship to apprentices as you work on 100hr/annual inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installs.
  • Keep accurate work orders and documentation in our online Quantum Maintenance software.
  • Attend company meetings and maintain training logbooks.
  • Keep the shop, tools, and parts organized and clean.
  • Use communication tools like email, Slack, and Zoom to update and interact with the team.
  • Assist with Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) when needed (minimal local travel).

Requirements:

  • A&P License with no history of infractions.
  • Must provide own tools and laptop.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, bend, and squat for extended periods.
  • Experience with general aviation aircraft (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in using computers, including email, spreadsheets, and maintenance tracking software.
