*Must have 5 years mortgage servicing / default servicing experience, compliance and audit experience, and thoroughly understands mortgage subservicing. Must know all of the guideline requirements for Freddie/Fannie/FHA/Ginnie Mae. Must be able to help build out testing for the audit team.

*Candidate must have deep expertise and knowledge of GSE loans (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/Ginnie Mae.

Candidate must have substantial default servicing experience (5+ years) to support and assist default operations teams with research and the compilation of artifacts for audit preparation. Management-level experience preferred.
