We are partnering with an international company operating within the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) and healthcare sector to appoint a General Manager Spain who will lead the Spanish business and drive the next phase of growth and market development.

This is a highly strategic leadership role with full responsibility for the Spanish entity, including commercial strategy, P&L ownership, operations, compliance, and team leadership, while acting as a key member of the global commercial leadership team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain, ensuring delivery of ambitious sales and profitability targets
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Own the Spanish P&L, annual budget, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
• Drive market expansion, product launches, tender strategy, and customer engagement within the IPC and healthcare landscape
• Build strong relationships with distributors, healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, and strategic partners
• Collaborate closely with international teams across Clinical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with local healthcare and regulatory requirements
• Represent Spain within the global leadership structure, contributing to strategic initiatives and international growth.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Strong senior commercial leadership experience within Infection Prevention, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or related sectors
• Proven track record managing P&L and delivering sustainable commercial growth
• Experience leading cross-functional or national teams in international environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, distributors, tenders, and hospital environments
• Experience launching and scaling healthcare or IPC products in the market
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Fluent English and Spanish required
