Job Description

Our client is rapidly growing financial partner and are seeking a talented Fund Accountant for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Fund Accountant be responsible for but not limited to:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting packages
Assist in the preparation and development of budgets
Assist in the preparation of relevant tax returns
Supporting in ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year full cycle accounting experience
Post Secondary diploma or degree specializing in accounting
Experience with Yardi is an asset but not required
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
