Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Full Stack Software Developer for a client in the West Palm Beach area. This role is Direct Hire/Permanent and requires someone to be local to the area or open to relocation. The Software Developer will design, build, and support critical software solutions across Delphi, C# net, Python, and AI/ML enhancements.

Responsibilities

Full Stack development. Maintaining and enhancing systems built in Delphi (COM+), .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
Develop new features and applications using Python and AI, leveraging modern frameworks where appropriate.
Help design and build AI solutions end to end—problem framing, data preparation, model training/evaluation, and deployment, including OCR/document-understanding pipelines (e.g., OpenCV, AWS, Google Document AI, Azure Computer Vision)
Assists in modernizing legacy systems through refactoring, re-platforming, or service-based design.

Qualifications/Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack C# .NET development, including Delphi knowledge.
Strong C#/.NET development within logistics and supply chain, including data flows and production features/services.
Experience with the Delphi system or similar IDE platforms.
Strong understanding of OOP design patterns
Experience with web UI, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular preferred.
Solid understanding of SQL Server.
REST/JSON/XML integrations and production support experience.
Experience with Python Automation, Data processing, and integration concepts
Cross-platform mobile app development with Xamarin/.NET MAUI and React Native, including native module integrations, performance tuning, and App Store/Play Store delivery.
Comfortable having to work on legacy code and systems at the same time while making low risk improvements.
Experience with EDI solutions (Epicor) is highly preferred.
