We are working with a Columbus-based company to identify a Sr. Full-Stack Java Engineer. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, both front-end and back-end
• Write high-quality code that is scalable, maintainable, and efficient
• Collaborate with product owners and other developers to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, standards, and best practices are followed
• Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, trends, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow in their careers
• Identify areas of improvement and proactively suggest solutions to make our products better

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based applications
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with agile development methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
