SUMMARY: Our client is searching for a full-charge Bookkeeper who is familiar with many, if not all, aspects of the accounting cycle. An organized, efficient person who has a good working knowledge with MS suite and can manage all of the company's day-to-day accounting functions for the entire bookkeeping cycle.

SUMMARY: Our client is searching for a full-charge Bookkeeper who is familiar with many, if not all, aspects of the accounting cycle. An organized, efficient person who has a good working knowledge with MS suite and can manage all of the company's day-to-day accounting functions for the entire bookkeeping cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Recording journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Processing payroll and payroll taxes
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Filing sales tax and assisting with tax preparation
- Monitoring cash flow and preparing budgets
- Working with external accountants or CPAs during tax season and audits
- In some companies, supervising accounting support staff
- Health, vision and dental insurance offered, vacation time, plus 401K after a year.
