Full Charge Bookkeeper
Our client has an immediate need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience. Responsibilities:
• Processing invoices including, coding and matching purchasing orders to invoices
• Assist with budget process and investigate budget variances
• Perform required bank and credit card reconciliations monthly
• Review all major general ledger accounts for accuracy
• Assist with Cash Flow calculations and projections
• Support Accounts Receivable
• Assist Controller with month end close preparation
• File Sales/Use Tax Returns and Business Property Tax ReturnsRequirements:
• An Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
• QuickBooks experience is Required
